02 / MAKERS & WORKSHOPS

FROM LOMBARDY / TO THE WORLD

You make.
We build
connections.

Naverine is a B2B commercial development project starting with Lombardy producers. We aim to connect local manufacturing expertise with international buyers and turn initial interest into a proposal with clear products, terms and responsibilities.

We are building the network and initial opportunities. An introduction does not guarantee selection or orders.

Understand the path first.
Then decide if it fits.

You do not need export experience to start a conversation. An honest description of your production and ambitions is the starting point.

We start with workshops, manufacturers and businesses producing in Lombardy. Every sector and business size is welcome. Introduce what you make, even if it is not among the examples below.

01

What Naverine actually is

Naverine aims to connect producers with people sourcing for their business: boutiques, distributors, corporate gifting, hospitality and other professional buyers. The proposed role is to understand both sides and help shape a clearly defined commercial discussion.

The project is in development and the business is not yet incorporated. We are gathering introductions and assessing potential relationships. Clients, agreements and results are not presented as already secured.

02

Who can introduce their work

Naverine’s first commercial network starts with products made in Lombardy. Craftspeople, workshops, small manufacturers and established businesses from any sector or size are welcome, including those without export experience. Introduce finished products, collections, custom production or manufacturing skills, specifying where production actually takes place and its connection to Lombardy.

An invitation does not mean every product can automatically be sold in every country. We assess actual production, location, documented quality, pricing, capacity, timelines and buyer needs. Food, cosmetics, electrical products, precious goods and other regulated categories require product and market checks before a commercial proposal.

03

Start with a simple introduction

Email info@naverine.com with your business name, website or professional profile, contact person, production location and a short description. Add a catalogue or images you have the right to share. Without a formal catalogue, explain what you make and include relevant examples.

There is no need to send all your company information at the start. Avoid identity documents, payment details and unnecessary confidential information. Identify materials intended only for internal assessment; later commercial use of imagery requires agreement and permission.

04

What we do and what stays with you

Depending on the agreed project, Naverine may help interpret your offer commercially, match it with a buyer brief, prepare a presentation and coordinate enquiries, samples, customisation and updates. These are not automatically active or included services: the scope is agreed for each project.

You confirm product specifications and compliance, materials, actual origin, availability, prices, capacity, lead times and customisation limits. Production remains with its maker. Professional checks, approvals, certifications and logistics require appropriate providers and assignments. Sending an email does not transfer responsibility.

05

Pricing, minimum quantities and capacity

We need understandable B2B terms: currency, taxes where applicable, price inclusions, minimum order quantities, volume discounts, lead times and price validity. Retail pricing is not automatically a wholesale offer. If production is quoted individually, explain what information you need.

The website does not impose a universal minimum quantity. You propose it based on production and it is compared with demand. Distinguish normal capacity from peaks, standard products from variations, and first-order from reorder lead times. Commitments should reflect what your business can sustain.

06

Commercial model and fees

The project considers commercial intermediation and potential purchases for resale against orders. The actual role must be chosen and documented before commitments: who sells, buys, invoices, receives payment and what Naverine provides. No universal commission is advertised.

An introduction does not purchase a service or accept a fee. Any commissions, charges, expenses, exclusivity, territories, duration and exit terms must be proposed and agreed in writing before services or orders are activated. Another producer’s terms are not automatically yours.

07

From buyer interest to samples and orders

Initial interest may lead to further information, a product selection and a sample. Agree its cost, delivery, possible return and assessment purpose before sending it. Custom work requires approved specifications and references; samples should represent what you can manufacture.

An enquiry is not an order. Production requires an accepted proposal and written terms covering quantities, variations, price, payment, timing and responsibilities. Deposits and confirmations follow those terms. Do not start manufacturing on vague expressions of interest.

08

Export, delivery and documents

Singapore is the first research market. Destination, channel, materials and use determine the checks needed. Joining the conversation does not make a product export-ready or compliant, and Naverine is not a certification.

Before delivery, agree seller, exporter and importer, documents, packaging, transport, insurance, charges and issue handling. Naverine can coordinate the discussion; customs and specialist checks require qualified professionals. Shipping should follow defined roles.

09

Your images, brand and customer relationships

Your brand and images do not become Naverine’s property because you contact us. Commercial use, descriptions and translations require permission and agreement. Pricing, production capacity and terms should not be published indiscriminately.

Buyer relationships and reorders must also be addressed explicitly. Exclusivity, territories and non-circumvention are not assumed. Collaboration should provide commercial work and coordination with clear rules for both sides.

10

What happens after your introduction

The initial review helps understand your offer and identify missing information. A possible match may lead to a conversation and a proposal. If there is no suitable brief yet, your introduction is not a promise of sales or immediate listing.

We do not promise response times or volumes we cannot support. Use support@naverine.com for follow-ups and privacy@naverine.com for data requests. The useful step today is a clear introduction; further commitments are decided together.

AN ILLUSTRATIVE EXAMPLE

A workshop making custom lamps introduces its work to explore new commercial opportunities. It explains materials, production, variations and capacity. Such an introduction is welcome.

If a buyer needs interior lighting, the next steps assess fit, samples, electrical requirements for the destination, costs and timelines. Orders and production follow an accepted proposal. This is an illustration, not a secured project.

FREQUENT QUESTIONS

Which producers does Naverine start with?

The first commercial network starts with producers and products made in Lombardy. State the actual production location as well as the business address. This is the project’s starting point; the journey may develop towards other territories over time.

Do I need export experience?

No. International sales will still require appropriate roles, documents and product requirements.

My sector is not listed. Can I contact you?

Yes. The sectors are open examples. Describe your products and techniques so feasibility can be assessed.

Do I need to grant exclusivity or provide stock?

No such obligation follows from an introduction. Any commitment requires an explicit agreement.

What does collaboration cost?

There is no published standard fee. Scope, potential expenses and compensation are agreed before services or orders begin.

Can I offer one-off pieces or very small batches?

Yes. Explain capacity, timelines and repeatability so they can be matched to buyer needs.

Will my products be published automatically?

No. Selection, content, availability and image permissions must be agreed.

Are orders guaranteed?

No. An introduction starts an assessment; demand, terms and agreements still need to be developed.
