How data is handled on the Naverine presentation website and in conversations about the project.
Naverine is a project in preparation. The controller is Pietro Levori, acting as an individual, contactable at privacy@naverine.com. The site does not accept orders or payments.
Scope
This notice covers the website, downloadable PDF forms, uploaded forms and scans, and project emails. Pre-existing restricted areas have separate flows.
Controller and contact
The controller is Pietro Levori. Contact privacy@naverine.com for personal data requests and rights. The info, support and privacy aliases reach the same mailbox.
Data you submit
Upload requires your business, contact name, email, buyer or producer path, one or more files and acknowledgement of this notice. A note is optional. Forms may include role, production location, products, capacity and project details. No signature, identity documents or payment data are requested. Share relevant business information and materials you may provide.
Purposes and legal bases
We handle and assess your enquiry. Steps requested by a prospective contracting individual rely on GDPR Article 6(1)(b). Business representative communications and security rely on legitimate interests in handling enquiries and preventing abuse, Article 6(1)(f). Legal obligations rely on Article 6(1)(c). Acknowledging this notice is not consent to advertising or newsletters.
Your choice and submission
Submission is optional. Essential details and at least one attachment are needed for upload; email remains an alternative. Filling a PDF does not send it: save and upload it or attach it to email. When enabled, Cloudflare temporarily processes the upload and transmits a message to info@naverine.com. The website confirmation means acceptance by the sending service, not a commercial response. An error is not confirmation of receipt.
Recipients and providers
Pietro Levori handles enquiries. Cloudflare provides the website, technical protection and sending when enabled; Zoho Mail provides the receiving mailbox. GitHub hosts code and does not receive submitted forms. Attachments are not published or saved in a public upload archive. Appointed professionals receive only relevant information under appropriate obligations. Enquiries are not automatically forwarded to third-party buyers or producers.
Security and technical data
Cloudflare may process IP addresses, time, URLs and technical data for delivery and security. Uploads have size, file type and rate limits. The application does not log form contents or attachments and does not create a permanent upload archive; the submission is transmitted to email. User-provided attachments must be checked before opening.
International transfers
Cloudflare and Zoho may use infrastructure and support in multiple countries. Applicable provider agreements and legal safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where required, apply. Ask the controller about safeguards and recipients for your enquiry. An Asian commercial focus does not automatically transfer your data there.
Retention
Enquiries without further progress are reviewed within 12 months of the last contact and normally deleted when no longer useful. If collaboration develops, relevant information follows the relationship and applicable legal retention terms. Disputes may require longer retention. Backup removal follows provider technical cycles. The controller performs the review; the form does not automate it.
Cookies and local storage
Language uses links. Upload requires JavaScript but does not save forms to browser local storage. No advertising tools or newsletter signup are activated. Security providers may process technical data. See the Cookie page.
Your rights
Where applicable you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and objection at privacy@naverine.com. You may object to legitimate-interest processing under applicable conditions. Requests are handled within GDPR timeframes, normally one month. You may complain to the Italian data protection authority or the competent authority.
Decisions and changes
The form does not make automated decisions with legal effects or guarantee selection or orders. Assessment is human. The notice will be updated for changes to controller, providers, purposes or services.
